TrueSignal provides lead monitoring and reconciliation services for digital marketing agencies. Our service monitors lead flow between advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads) and CRM systems (such as GoHighLevel) to detect and alert you to discrepancies.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use the service to transmit malware or malicious code

API Credentials and Third-Party Access

Our service requires access to your GoHighLevel and Meta Ads accounts via API credentials. By providing these credentials, you authorize us to access the necessary data to provide our monitoring service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

Our service provides monitoring and alerts but cannot guarantee the prevention of all lead losses. We are not responsible for failures or issues in third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel or Meta Ads.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueSignal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
